Growth starts with a conversation, and great things happen when the right minds meet. That’s exactly what Rosie Brewster is facilitating through iGB Executive - a platform built to foster meaningful, high-level connections across the global gaming space. With a clear focus on quality over quantity, iGB Executive is redefining how decision-makers engage, collaborate, and stay ahead in an ever-evolving environment.

Interview with Rosie Brewster: Building Powerful Connections in Global Gaming

We sat down with Rosie to hear how her team is creating value beyond the show floor, and why strong networks are the secret to navigating what comes next.

Breaking Barriers: How iGB Executive Is Connecting the Right People

Joshua: The casino and gaming landscape is evolving fast. How do you see platforms like iGB Executive shaping the industry's future?

Rosie: It’s no secret this industry is expanding at pace, but the bigger it gets, the harder it is to find the right people. iGB Executive is designed to remove those walls.

We create genuine, barrier-free connections, where leaders can share ideas, spark collaborations, and get straight to the conversations that matter most for moving the industry forward.

Staying Ahead: The Power of Networked Intelligence

Joshua: With so many shifting regulations across global markets, how does iGB Executive help leaders stay ahead of the curve?

Rosie: You’re only as strong as your network. By connecting leaders from every corner of gaming: operators, affiliates, suppliers, investors, we give our members that early insight they can’t get from a press release.

Add in our curated discussion groups and off-the-record exchanges, and it means they’re not just reacting, they’re ready.

Human First: Building Trust at the Executive Level

Joshua: Building a strong community isn’t easy. What’s been your most effective strategy for engaging gaming executives at a high level?

Rosie: Person to person, always. It’s easy to forget that behind every badge is a human being, so we take the time.

We plan, we build trust with the people around the C-suite, and most of all, we create something worth talking about. Word-of-mouth is powerful, but you only get it if you’ve earned people’s trust first.

High Standards, Real Value: What Sets iGB Executive Apart

Joshua: What makes the iGB Executive membership experience truly unique?

Rosie: We’re not a mass market product, we’re a network without walls, but with high standards. Our members enjoy constant touchpoints year-round: private lounges at the biggest shows, invite-only dinners, and digital meetups that go beyond passive webinars.

Everything is built around meaningful, personal connection; it’s the competitive advantage.

Beyond the Agenda: Where the Real Magic Happens

Joshua: From ICE to iGB L!VE, what have been some of the standout moments lately?

Rosie: Honestly, it’s the unplanned moments I love. A chat in our Executive Lounge that turns into a multi-market partnership, or a spark of an idea over a glass of wine at an exclusive dinner.

When people feel relaxed and safe to open up, that’s when the real insight flows.

Global Minds, Local Impact: Curating for a Diverse Audience

Joshua: How do you curate content and experiences that resonate with such a diverse, global audience?

Rosie: We think like a funnel: broad, dynamic events to bring people in, and then focused, intimate working groups to tackle what really matters.

From a 50-person dinner in Lisbon to a 5-person brainstorming in Vegas, it’s all about understanding what each member needs, and making sure they walk away with tangible value.

Off the Floor, Into the Future: The Power of Private Connection

Joshua: People say the real value of events happens ‘off the floor’, how crucial are those private dinners and peer gatherings to your mission?

Rosie: They’re the heart of it. Our industry thrives on trust, and trust builds in those relaxed, no-pressure spaces.

You might meet someone at dinner who never buys from you, but they might connect you to a door you couldn’t open alone. It’s a sales-free zone; it’s about relationships that outlast the event.

Making Your First Conference Count

Joshua: What advice would you give someone attending a major gaming conference for the first time?

Rosie: First tip? Sign up for iGB Executive! We’re here to hold your hand and make sure you’re not just wandering the aisles.

Come with a clear idea of who you want to meet, lean into the private gatherings, and don’t just stick to your comfort zone. Some of your best ROI will come from the people you least expect.

From Marketing to Meaningful Moments: Leading with Empathy

Joshua: How has your background in marketing and events shaped how you lead this community?

Rosie: It’s taught me that every detail matters, but the human bit matters most. Know your customer. Find ways to surprise and delight them. Add personal touches.

And remember, it’s never just about this quarter or this dinner, it’s about the relationships you build that keep people coming back.

Fuelled by People, Balance, and Purpose

Joshua: On a more personal note — what keeps you motivated every day in this industry?

Rosie: The people! But also the challenge of making it all work. I’m a busy mum of two small children (three and four), so finding the balance can be tough.

Bedtime for me is usually around 9 pm, with usually at least two wake-ups a night from one of them! But I wouldn’t change it for the world.

I try to get to the gym when I can, I love a good glass of red wine, and I’m always planning my next trip (when the kids allow). Norwich, UK is home, but iGB Executive takes me all over the world, and that mix keeps me motivated.

Bringing people together, seeing ideas spark, and knowing I’m helping build something that genuinely makes a difference is what gets me out of bed (as well as the children).

Looking Ahead: Expanding the Vision of iGB Executive

Joshua: Finally, what excites you most about the future of iGB Executive?

Rosie: There’s so much to look forward to! From expanding into new regions, to adding fresh experiences like a recent private dinner at The Ginger Pig, to expanding the specialist hubs so every member finds their tribe.

At the end of the day, it’s about helping our members get the best ROI from their membership. I’m especially proud of what we’ve built in such a short time.

The fact that it’s only been a year really does speak for itself. I love this industry, I love the people in it, and I’m excited to see just how far we can take it.
