This promotion is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with LinkedIn, Instagram, or Facebook (Meta). All information provided by participants is provided to Casino.online, not to the social media platforms.
3. Promotion Period
The promotion runs from 13 March 2026 until 2 April 2026 at 23:59 UTC (“Promotion Period”). Entries submitted after the Promotion Period may not be considered.
4. Eligibility
Participants must:
- Be of legal age in their jurisdiction of residence and legally permitted to participate in such promotions
- Comply with all applicable local laws and regulations
- Use a public social media account on the platform used to enter
Employees, contractors, and representatives of Casino.online, and their immediate family members or household members, are not eligible to participate.
Participation is void where prohibited by law. Participants are solely responsible for ensuring that their participation complies with applicable laws in their country of residence.
5. How to Enter
No purchase is necessary to participate.
To enter the promotion:
- Create an original birthday greeting (video, graphic, image, or other creative format) for Casino.online.
- Post the content on LinkedIn, Instagram, or Facebook during the Promotion Period.
- Include the hashtag #CObirthday.
- Tag the relevant Casino.online account in the post.
Entries must remain publicly visible so they can be viewed and evaluated. Temporary formats such as stories that disappear may not be considered valid entries.
6. Multiple Entries
Participants may submit multiple entries.
Each entry must be original and substantially different from any other submission by the same participant. Duplicate, copied, or minimally modified submissions may be disqualified at the sole discretion of Casino.online.
Each valid submission may be considered as a separate entry.
7. Entry Requirements
By submitting an entry, participants confirm that:
- The submission is their original work
- They have the legal right to use all materials included in the submission
- The submission does not infringe any copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, or other rights of any third party
Entries must not:
- Contain illegal, offensive, defamatory, or inappropriate content
- Promote illegal activity or discrimination
- Contain malicious software or harmful code
- Contain any visible brand names, logos, or trademarks other than those of Casino.online.
Casino.online reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to remove or disqualify any entry that violates these rules or is otherwise deemed inappropriate.
Third-Party Rights
Participants are solely responsible for ensuring that their submissions do not infringe the intellectual property, privacy, publicity, or other rights of any third party. If a submission contains third-party material, the participant must have obtained all necessary rights, permissions, and licenses.
Participants agree to indemnify and hold harmless Casino.online from any claims, damages, liabilities, or expenses arising from the submitted content or any alleged infringement of third-party rights.
Right to Disqualify:Casino.online reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any entry that it believes violates these standards or deems otherwise inappropriate.
8. Content License
By participating in this promotion, participants grant Casino.online a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, publish, display, distribute, and share submitted content in connection with this promotion and related marketing or promotional activities. This may include use on Casino.online’s website, social media channels, and promotional materials.
Participants retain ownership of their original content.
Participants waive any rights to royalties or compensation related to the use of their content by Casino.online.
9. Winner Selection
One winner will receive the prize.
The birthday campaign is running on Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn. One winner will be randomly drawn from all participants.
The winner will be selected at the sole discretion of Casino.online, which may include random selection or evaluation of entries.
Casino.online’s decision regarding the winner is final and binding.
Casino.online reserves the right not to award the prize if no eligible or suitable entries are received.
10. Winner Notification and Verification
The potential winner will be contacted via direct message on the platform used for entry within reasonable time after the promotion ends.
The winner must respond within 2 days of notification.
If the selected winner does not respond within this timeframe, is found to be ineligible, or fails to comply with these Terms, Casino.online may select an alternative winner.
Casino.online reserves the right to request reasonable proof of identity, eligibility, and account ownership, including supporting documentation, before awarding the prize.
11. Prize
The prize consists of:
One (1) Apple iPad 11th Generation, 128GB (Wi-Fi Model)
The prize is:
- Non-transferable
- Not redeemable for cash
- Subject to availability
Casino.online reserves the right to substitute the prize with a similar item of equal or greater value if necessary.
Casino.online will cover standard shipping costs.
Any taxes, customs duties, import fees, or other charges associated with receiving the prize are the sole responsibility of the winner.
Casino.online is not responsible for prizes lost, delayed, or damaged during shipping once they have been handed to the delivery carrier.
12. Data Privacy
Personal information provided in connection with this promotion will be used solely for the purposes of administering the promotion, verifying winners, and delivering prizes.
Data will be processed in accordance with applicable data protection laws and Casino.online’s privacy practices.
13. Publicity
Except where prohibited by law, acceptance of the prize constitutes the winner’s consent for Casino.online to use their name, social media handle, likeness, and submitted content for promotional or marketing purposes in any media without additional compensation.

16. General Conditions
Casino.online reserves the right to disqualify any participant who attempts to manipulate the promotion, uses automated systems, submits fraudulent entries, or otherwise violates these Terms or the spirit of the promotion.
All decisions made by Casino.online regarding the interpretation of these Terms or the operation of the promotion are final.
16. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions and this promotion shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Panama.
Any disputes arising in connection with this promotion shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Panama.
