Caesars Entertainment has launched Remote Reels, an innovative feature that allows players to access and play physical slot machines located at Tropicana Atlantic City — remotely. This new option is available through the Caesars Palace Online Casino app, bringing a real-world casino experience to mobile and desktop users alike.
The feature live-streams 25 slot machines directly from a newly constructed, 937-square-foot studio inside Tropicana. Players over the age of 21 can spin real, physical machines from the comfort of their homes, blending the excitement of a land-based casino with the convenience of online gaming.
Live Slot Action via the Caesars Palace Online Casino App
To enjoy the new Remote Reels experience, players must download or access the Caesars Palace Online Casino app, available on both mobile and desktop platforms. From there, they can connect to the live feed from Tropicana AC, where games are streamed in real-time from a custom-built studio.
The 25 real machines include hit titles from Aristocrat and Light & Wonder, such as:
- Huff N’ Even More Puff
- Mo’ Mummy Valley of Riches
- Mo’ Mummy Mighty Pyramid
- Buffalo Triple Boost
This setup allows for fully immersive gameplay while maintaining compliance with legal gambling age restrictions.
A Milestone in Live Casino Innovation
According to Matthew Sunderland, SVP and Chief iGaming Officer at Caesars Digital, the Remote Reels studio demonstrates Caesars’ commitment to “delivering innovation and first-of-its-kind experiences” to online players. The move is designed to blur the lines between live and digital gaming, offering something few others have attempted at scale.
Joseph Giunta, SVP and GM of Tropicana Atlantic City, also expressed his excitement, noting that Remote Reels reinforces the property’s reputation for gaming excellence and progressive technology. The launch signals a broader push by Caesars to modernize land-based gaming through digital access.
Caesars and Awager: A Tech Partnership That Pays Off
The Remote Reels feature is powered by Awager, a cutting-edge gaming tech company that partnered with Caesars to bring this unique project to life. Roy Greenbaum, Awager’s CEO and Co-Founder, called the collaboration “a major leap forward” in merging live gaming environments with remote player interaction.
This debut closely follows another Caesars Digital release — Caesars Palace Signature Multiband Blackjack Surrender — further expanding the brand’s innovative digital portfolio and setting a new benchmark for hybrid gaming experiences.
