Are There Any Negative Customer Reviews?
Every business is vulnerable to reviews, both positive and negative. Our research checked different sources, including watchdog sites such as Trust Pilot. At the time, we found 46 reviews, 9% of which were 5-starred and 78% 1-starred. All the reviews and ratings brought the Trust Score to 1.7, which is ultimately bad.
Further investigating the positive reviews, we found that most players were delighted by the customer support and quick withdrawals. They explained how good of an experience they had had with Playgrand Casino, especially the excellent selection of games.
