I gave up spending real money with Virgin Gaming a long time ago, seems the odds have shortened and even on the free games your lucky to even get a free spin or anything at the end of the month logging in. Even birthday gifts no longer sent when us’t to be a thing. If it had more penny poker games I’d play a lot more with lose change, but not a site I would advise none to start depositing and using you really will feel ripped off after a while and undervalued as a customer.

The site has changed in the last year ,its impossible to get a scatter or bonus and when you do get one it's a couple of pound ,I have been playing on here for 5 yrs and I won't be wasting my money any more ,play fishing frenzy a lot over last 5 year but its changed ,never get a scatter now ,you used to get plenty ,anyway I won't be back.

I want to be honest here about Virgin Games. I have been a player for a lot of years. At first the casino was great and I really enjoyed playing. but unfortunately that all changed at the beginning of this year it has been absolutely awful. The plus status as they call it is a waste of time, most of the time you have to deposit in the region of £100 to win a box bonanza. And the most I have ever had out of one is £5. The promotions are nothing to rave about. The payout is next to none and trying to get a bonus is impossible. I think the pandemic must have hit them hard financially. Virgin used to have a 5* rating but is now down to a 2* with more negative reviews made on a daily basis. I really do think virgin need to be investigated as there is something going in with site. Each negative review virgin comes up with the exact same excuse. But if they done like your reviw thet will close your account.
