Are There Any Negative Customer Reviews?

Further looking into the reviews, we noticed that most of the complaints were about the availability of free bets and spins. Clients said that they were not able to claim their free spins as promised by the website.
Others complained about the slow customer support on the online chat and email. Besides the watchdog sites, we also checked for reviews on the BetMGM app on the Google Play Store.
When writing this review, the site had more than 500,000 downloads and over 17000 reviews. A good number of people praised its extensive range of casino games and well-designed mobile experience.
